Steven Godwin Was a good place to get my car done. Went up there to get my oil done didn’t have filter so they called to get one brought in for next day. Next day I come in still doesn’t have it says he will call when he gets it. Now I called again asking hey you got it in? And he says “ Oh they can’t get those filters.” I called autozone and picked one up for 9 dollars. Won’t be coming here anymore was a monthly customer of 2 vehicles. All that just find a way out of doing my oil change it seems!

Harrison Erlinger My daughter had her car detailed there and set me up an appointment when she dropped hers off. She got her car back and it horrible. Still had dog hair in the seats and in the floors and was not very clean all around. She called up there and they had her bring it back when she dropped my car off. We got her car back and it was better this time. I got my car back and it was worse than her car. Did not even vacuum my hatch wipe my door frames or anything. The whole car was still dirty and streaky where they smeared the wax. The windows were also streaky and still dirty. I called myself and talked to the manager and he proceeded to tell me that he seen the car and it was clean. He did not offer to fix it or anything so I told him I would not be back he said okay and hung up on me... We paid $120 per vehicle for something we could have done at the car wash ourselves. I do not recommend this place to detail your car at all. They need to just stick to changing oil..

Jeremy Chaney I have a fleet vehicle these guys service on a regular basis. Unfortunately, the fleet service vendor can be somewhat difficult to get authorization for services. These guys go above and beyond and take their valuable time to get it all resolved. Great service and great crew!

Aaron Lucas They returned my car with multiple papers thrown out, including my car registration and sticker. When I asked for help, they implied I was lying to make them pay for my registration fee. They also stated they werent responsible because I signed a paper agreeing that I removed "all valuables and personal items" from my car. There is no reason I should be expected to remove my registration from my car. I probably wouldnt have cared, given that I ended up being able to get it replaced for $21. However, the excuses and attempts to imply I was scamming them were deplorable.

Breanna Carias Hands down amazing! So professional and friendly from start to finish! Extremely thorough and this is so important! They didn’t miss a thing! They had to do correction work for my car after a previous shop gave my car a terrible repair job after an accident. Caliber made the process a complete breeze from having a rental waiting for me at their shop when dropping off to communicating the progress on repairs. I cannot recommend them enough! They take pride in their work and it shows! And a really nice bonus they returned my car detailed to a T Inside and out!

Tasha Tanell Went in to have my air serviced, was informed that I didnt need feon, but was a blown fuse, didnt change my air filter with the service but was charged 182. 00 for a fuse that blew again as I was driving home. The problem was really my air compressor, which they would have known that if they really had serviced my air system so I ended up having to pay an additional a700 for them to replace the air compressor. Still ended up having to take it elsewhere to have a new filter installed, because they didnt bother to change it. When I asked why I was being still charged the 182.00 for a service fee, when they didnt change the filter, or put any freon in or correctly diagnose the problem. The problem was never the fuse it was a bad air compressor. I would never step foot in this establishment. Very unprofessional and dishonest. And I highly doubt that most of them working in there are certified mechanics.

Tom Deane AMAZING! I was taking my daughter back to school in St. Louis from Kentucky and my truck broke down just after 4 pm on a Wednesday. I called around and sure one would help. My wife called Porter’s from Kentucky. They arrived with coolant, got us to their garage and had us back on the road by 7! They worked overtime and charged a fair price. Thank you! I don’t know what we would have done because there were no car rentals anywhere!

Sean Corey I was in the area for a delivery. My work van broke down. I drove it here, and within 5 minutes of the owner Joe checking it out, he figured out the problem. I went inside, he got on the phone, and got me a price, and once I had approval, they were ordered. I ended up staying in the area overnight, and thankfully, I did because he got it repaired 2 hours sooner than quoted. It must saying about his shop as he did have 22 cars on lot when I was here. Great work, Fast and upfront about price and turn around time.

Theresa McCullough Terrible service still fighting to get deposit back, always have excuses on why 3 years they still do not have car repaired or deposit money to refund. Never return calls and in the meantime they have knocked the bumper off the car moving it around. Stay away from this business.

Amber Prater By far my worst experience ever! Took my car to get an engine replaced and he took almost 6 months to fix, and in the process he made more damage to my car, wiring issues, fuel issues, broke off my windshield fluid reserve and didnt replace and all my tire valve stem covers are gone, moved my car to another location without my approval and threatened to charge me for his mistakes! Worst mechanic i have ever encountered! Very rude! Now I have to take somewhere else to fix his mistakes after 6 months of nothing!!!! And This is how the next mechanic found my car, even put a hole in transmission and tried to cover it up!!

Barry Styles I must say that the team at Rt 37 Performance went above and beyond to insure that I was able to make back home to Texas for Christmas. In spite of the difficulty finding the part for my truck they were able to locate what I needed and get me back on the road. The technician was very knowledgeable and took very good care of my truck, the young lady on the phone kept me updated on progress and to the young man who came to pick me up from the rental car company. Thomas Mason I have only dealt with Roger so far but it seems like this is the shop for my 68 Mercury Cougar its got a bunch of little bugs that need to be worked out that I tried to get done last year with a different shop so Im really hoping that these guys will take care of the problems I will update this post after my car is finished

james brake Took it apart myself found torn gasket without any type of sealant bo wonder it leaked.instead of addressing the sorce of the leak they just seared silicone on the area. Related not once but twicee, the last tme drain plug was left very loose, put back together myself and damn no more leak if you want something done right do it your self

Karen Sanders At first I gave them five stars because my car looked really good. I had it painted the middle of December 2021 and now it is March 7. 2022 and the paint is just coming off in places. One place that I hadnt noticed whenever I got it back wasnt painted and the black stripe is peeling off. If I could give them less than a one star I would. Theyve changed hands to Calibers now. They are not wanting to fix the job that was a lifetime warranty. They say this is rock chips. These are just some of the places on my car theres so many places I could not count them. My car looked a lot better than this before they touched it. I wish I had never had them fix anything on it. So beware Melvins or Calibers either one will not will not stand behind their work. If you want a good quality paint job please go somewhere else. You will not get one here.
