Route 37 Performance - Mt Vernon (IL)

5 /5 Barry Styles: I must say that the team at Rt 37 Performance went above and beyond to insure that I was able to make back home to Texas for Christmas. In spite of the difficulty finding the part for my truck they were able to locate what I needed and get me back on the road. The technician was very knowledgeable and took very good care of my truck, the young lady on the phone kept me updated on progress and to the young man who came to pick me up from the rental car company. Kudos go out to these folks for such a well run shop and just a very helpful group of people. Thanks, Barry

5 /5 Thomas Mason: I have only dealt with Roger so far but it seems like this is the shop for my 68 Mercury Cougar its got a bunch of little bugs that need to be worked out that I tried to get done last year with a different shop so Im really hoping that these guys will take care of the problems I will update this post after my car is finished

1 /5 james brake: Took it apart myself found torn gasket without any type of sealant bo wonder it leaked.instead of addressing the sorce of the leak they just seared silicone on the area. Related not once but twicee, the last tme drain plug was left very loose, put back together myself and damn no more leak if you want something done right do it your self

5 /5 Erica Lenoir: I cant say enough about this place- from the mechanic TJ, to everybody that was in and out of the place while I was there. While traveling through the area on July 2nd, my car left me stranded for the first time in 8 years. Being a holiday weekend, and being a more difficult car to work on (Kia), I couldnt find ANYBODY to work on my car until we called Route 37. They agreed to work on my car and thought Id be back on the road within a couple of hours. TJ was determined to find out what was wrong with my car and finally figured out it was my alternator. After having an alternator delivered from another auto parts store, he went out of his way to ensure I was back on the road as soon as he could get me there. He even showed me some future work I should have done on my car but ensured me it didnt need to be done right then. Everybody in the office was so nice though, from offering to go get me food while we waited to going to pick up my family and bring them to the shop so we didnt have to extend out hotel stay. My only wish was that TJ and Route 37 werent 6 1/2 hours away from where I live so I could bring my car to him whenever I needed something done! Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity!
