5 /5 Super A Super B: While traveling back from Florida, I experienced car trouble and found myself stranded in Mt. Vernon. It was close to 5 pm, and I didnt expect to find anyone who could help me. However, I called M&M Transmission, and they were willing to take a look at my car the next morning when they opened. One of the owners, Melody, even gave me a ride back to my hotel. The next day, they called me immediately after opening to explain the problem and offer options to fix it. Within an hour of speaking to them, my Jeep was fixed, and Melody once again gave me a ride. I expected the bill to be over $500, but when they showed me the work they did, my jaw hit the floor. They only charged me $40 for the ride and the repair. I was impressed with their honesty and integrity, especially since I was a traveler and not a regular customer. I can confidently say that M&M Transmission is the friendliest, kindest, and most honest business I have ever encountered. They understand the importance of great customer service, and I wish I could do all my business with them.

5 /5 Kurtis: Great work from great people, from the front desk staff to the guys in the shop! Transmission lost reverse with the forward gears not far behind. They gave me a quote for a full rebuild, got me in and out with minimal down time and the truck is driving better than it ever did. Mike and Squeak are both incredibly knowledgeable and super helpful with any questions or concerns.

I stopped here to have my tire pressure checked because the tire warning system was on and I couldn’t get the warning light off- even after inflating them. This service center was fully booked for two weeks out, but the manager found somebody to squeeze me in between appointments. The mechanic looked thoroughly into my problem and determined that all of my tires were extremely under inflated on my motorhome. I mistakenly thought they took 60psi, but they needed 75. He inflated all the tires including the dualys in the back. He took care of everything without any charge. These are good people!
