I had just got screwed over by coats auto. 2nd time taking a vehicle to a mechanic i decided beiermann auto would be a good decision.. was I wrong. He quoted me at $250 if I purchased the parts to change out an engine oil cooler and $750 if he got the parts which I understand an upcharge if he gets them but the oil cooler doesnt cost more than $150 and the gaskets more than $30. To him the oil cooler was $400 plus and the gaskets $100. When I was talking to him this morning to get some information hoping he would help me understand. I told him I was looking at an oil cooler for $130 online.. and he said "OK BYE" and hung up on me with no explanation to him rediculously upcharging me on parts to take advantage of me when im not as knowledgeable as a mechanic may be. I will always steer people away from him and his unprofessional and disrespectful business.
