Chris Coulter Had to take my vehicle in twice for an alignment after new suspension was installed and now its not even drivable over 55mph. Steering wheel shakes and steering wheel isnt straight and car pulls hard to left. First time I took it in they left tools attached to car and they fell off going home. I have a 3mo baby and this is our only car. I should of listened to the people I work with that said DO NOT GO THERE. Couldnt even give me a print out of what they did for the alignment. I tell everyone I know now not to go there.

Chad Marquis Came in for a simple alignment then they tell me I need to replace abunch of expensive parts on my car that obviously didn’t need replaced but I played stupid to see how bad they would scam me & these ppl don’t know what they’re doing ! If you come here it will cost you a arm and a leg

Necko Agic Great shop, awesome people! Ive had a turbo installed and an overhead valve adjustment done on my 05 ACERT and I couldnt be happier. Im planning on going back there for a frame stretch after seeing their work done in person. I would highly recommend these guys for any Caterpillar work. I have the pleasure of seeing quite a few Cats, from C15 to C18, done by this shop and I will have future work on mine done here. Best regards.

Within no time, the young lady at the service desk told me my car was ready to go. They had a nice, albeit small, waiting area. It was spotless. There was free coffee and a TV. I sincerely wish we would have bought from here (instead of the clown show in Alton, with the jerk salesman), but live and learn. Marshall will 100% be on our radar for our next new car.

These incompetent jokers have had my Ford Escape Hybrid for almost 2 months trying to identify and fix some problem that causes the vehicle to go into limp mode. They have given it back to me twice claiming to have remedied the problem. I didnt get 5 miles down the road before the same problem came on again! They are lucky whatever they did was "warranty work" because if I had to pay them for this (lack of) service I would be speaking with a lawyer. What a joke!

Diane Rulison These guys are terrific. I came in for an oil change thinking my car had radiator fluid in my oil. The gentleman who helped me explained that in the fiercely cold weather, the oil cap well pick up condensation and assured me that I did NOT have a blown Headgasket. That took a huge wait off of my shoulders.
