Chris Coulter Had to take my vehicle in twice for an alignment after new suspension was installed and now its not even drivable over 55mph. Steering wheel shakes and steering wheel isnt straight and car pulls hard to left. First time I took it in they left tools attached to car and they fell off going home. I have a 3mo baby and this is our only car. I should of listened to the people I work with that said DO NOT GO THERE. Couldnt even give me a print out of what they did for the alignment. I tell everyone I know now not to go there.

Darrell Meler This place decided to roll down a broken window without making sure it worked first. They then proceeded to try to force it out, ripping the seal out of the door. The window motor is now grinding and scratching my glass. They didnt even bother to tell me. They still charged me for the repairs despite breaking my door. Dont bring your cat here. Theyll break it and charge you for it.

Zachary Stucker Was between a rock and a hard place. I had just got screwed over by coats auto. 2nd time taking a vehicle to a mechanic i decided beiermann auto would be a good decision.. was I wrong. He quoted me at $250 if I purchased the parts to change out an engine oil cooler and $750 if he got the parts which I understand an upcharge if he gets them but the oil cooler doesnt cost more than $150 and the gaskets more than $30. To him the oil cooler was $400 plus and the gaskets $100. When I was talking to him this morning to get some information hoping he would help me understand. I told him I was looking at an oil cooler for $130 online.. and he said "OK BYE" and hung up on me with no explanation to him rediculously upcharging me on parts to take advantage of me when im not as knowledgeable as a mechanic may be. I will always steer people away from him and his unprofessional and disrespectful business.

Im planning on going back there for a frame stretch after seeing their work done in person. I would highly recommend these guys for any Caterpillar work. Daniel Wieneke Im having Ferguson Auto Body replace my Rocker Panels on my 2004 GMC 2500 HD Truck. Everyone there is very friendly and very knowledgeable. I cant believe how nice the new Rocker Panels are looking. While they have my bed off of the truck they notice that one of the brackets on the shocks was rusting away. They are fixing the bracket and putting on new shocks. So glad that they took their time to check out everything. Im really impressed with the shop and the workers. Within no time, the young lady at the service desk told me my car was ready to go. They had a nice, albeit small, waiting area. It was spotless. There was free coffee and a TV. I sincerely wish we would have bought from here (instead of the clown show in Alton, with the jerk salesman), but live and learn. Marshall will 100% be on our radar for our next new car.

These incompetent jokers have had my Ford Escape Hybrid for almost 2 months trying to identify and fix some problem that causes the vehicle to go into limp mode. They have given it back to me twice claiming to have remedied the problem. I didnt get 5 miles down the road before the same problem came on again! They are lucky whatever they did was "warranty work" because if I had to pay them for this (lack of) service I would be speaking with a lawyer. What a joke!

Diane Rulison These guys are terrific. I came in for an oil change thinking my car had radiator fluid in my oil. The gentleman who helped me explained that in the fiercely cold weather, the oil cap well pick up condensation and assured me that I did NOT have a blown Headgasket. That took a huge wait off of my shoulders.

badboy 2025 I love this place more than anything. The guys just smoke weed and enjoy working there. They always are good at customer service. There’s a really nice boy that worked the desk and got me in tip top shape. And the manager gaige was super nice and answered all my questions. 10/10 wish I could go more often
