Ulta Beauty - Bloomingtonannika snyderr: I nervously reached out to the brow artist at ulta because I practically had caterpillars above my eyes. I had gotten them waxed other places and had terrible experiences. The brow artist, Katie, listened to my concerns and was extremely patient and professional the entire time. She made sure I was happy with my eyebrows before I left, which I feel like is unfortunately uncommon. She suggested a lamination and wow, I’m so glad she did! I will never be nervous to get my brows done as long as she’s a brow artist here. Seriously, go see her!

Makalah did an incredible job designing and braiding my hair. She provided A1 butters with intricate and detailed sophistication. Annies Nail Spa - DecaturBreanna Amaro: Went in excited to get a relaxing pedicure & be pampered, but instead was in a lot of pain. The nail tech kept trying to pick and pull all the skin off around my nails. At one point I had to pull my foot away and say ow that hurts & she just kept trying to pull on it. She made 3 of my toes bleed & said she was sorry. I tried to let it go & convince myself that it wasn’t that bad, but when I got home and took a bath my toes were burning and I looked them over and felt pretty upset seeing the skin on the sides looking like that. I just don’t want this to happen to anyone else & think they should be more careful & not try to pull skin off of peoples toes.
Nails Escape - ForsythRebecca Robinson: Been here twice and both times have been excellent. I particularly enjoyed Emmy and her wonderful Christmas design for me and gentleness with my nails. Mine are really weak and tear easily, and both pedicurists did a wonderful job of being careful and gentle which is so hard to find. Cannot recommend coming here enough! Great massage chairs too!
