5 /5 Renita Mullen: I was a new patient with Dr Alex on 4/10/25 and I thought I had great care. Everyone at the office was very friendly and helpful. I really liked his assistant Lindsay and Dr was very understanding of my needs and set up a care plan that worked for me. They are very efficient and Keri quickly printed out my financial information for me and was very kind also. I’m very grateful to have found this group!

5 /5 Jeanette Gibson: Brimfield Family Dentistry was able to see me as a new patient at a time of dental emergency, when my former dentist was out on vacation for the upcoming week. I received the most curteous treatment from scheduling my appointment, to filling out new patient paperwork, to the treatment that was much needed that day. I felt so comfortable asking questions both during my appointment (when they explained every step of the procedure for me) to afterward, when I requested additional aftercare information. I felt heard and cared for during the entire experience.

5 /5 Aynsley Oller: Was so pleased when they squeezed me in for a consult the day I called for my baby’s lip tie. All the staff is so friendly, and they graciously waited for me to finish nursing my baby before his exam. They gave me all the information I needed and were very reassuring about the baby’s upcoming lie tie revision. Also really liked filling out digital forms. Much faster!
