1 /5 Gencho Nonev: I was shocked when I found what was done. They had to change a sensor I dont know why but they were trying to shave the wire of the sensor and they left it like that. I found that by accident because I got flat tire and I saw the wire. Will never go there again.

Julie Hukill: We took a vehicle to have the entire thing detailed a couple weeks ago. They wiped down the driver side door and the dash. Other than that they didnt do anything else to it. When I asked why the carpets werent shampoed they stated that they were and had used a hand scrubber but couldnt get the stains out. The vehicle didnt smell like cleaner, and when I swatted the carpet dust flew up from it. But it was shampooed? I would have been happy if they had offered to redo it, they did not. Instead we were offered a full refund, ok fine. I go to pick it up and the receptionist says the manager has to sign the check. He comes in signs the check says have a nice day and walks away. No Im sorry or explanation as to why. The receptionist I dealt with the entire time was super nice and understood why we were upset. The manager however did not contact either of us once. I believe he could have handled it better and could have made an effort instead of just throwing money at us to make us go away. Precision as far as their body shop and automotive does good work, I just wont make the mistake of hiring them do a detail again. Pictures were taken AFTER it was picked up.
