MacKenzie Ann: This was such a beautiful little discovery. Me and my little family super enjoy nature and hikes and outdoors. This was so beautiful I highly recommend you stop and take a look if you are able. There are stairs to get to the cave but not took terrible.

The images below are taken during car show on August 13, 2022 but the town has lot more to offer. People usually dont mind your business and private issues until you try to stand out. Towns like this can make a whole difference between living nice cool life and intense crazy one, so please try to understand those living before you. Downtown youll have general grocery stores and some churches the wonderful people of this town like to rally around. Dont forget, any town at all gives you as much as your efforts goes to relate well with them.

vice apostolovski: Morris Cruise Night is one the coolest and biggest events the City of Morris, IL has to offer. This is an event the entire family can enjoy. Money raised at each of the events, benefits local non for profit organizations. Also every year they raffle off a pretty awesome vehicle. If you love classic cars, this is a must to check out!

William G. Stratton State Park - Morris

Jeremy Davis: William G. Stratton State Park has excellent views of the Illinois River, fishing, boat ramp access, and access to the I&M Canal Trail. Theres truly something for everyone here. Its a very well operated state park with ample parking, restroom facilities, benches overlooking the river, and grills.

Grundy County Historical Society - Morris

john christof: I lived and worked in Grundy County from 1981-2016. I recently returned to visit the Grundy County Historical Center. I had a perfect experience. Oliver Jarvis and the tremendous people who contributed to this monument of historical treasure deserve our undying thanks and tribute. I cannot wait to return to the center and try to learn and absorb more of Grundy Countys rich, diverse and facinationg history.

Gebhard Woods State Park - Morris

Jeremy Davis: It looks like Gebhard Woods State Park has had better days in the past. All the ponds and water are dried up. Even the I&M Canal nearby is dried up. You have to go east near William G. Stratton State Park to see the canal, or I imagine more west is ok too. It looked like there were some renovations occurring on the I&M Canal, so hopefully, the park is in better shape in the future. Still, this state park is quiet, peaceful, and has natural beauty. It has access to the I&M Canal Trail. Theres a playground, parking, picnic shelter, and restrooms available.

Goose Lake Prairie State Natural Area - Morris

Liveoutdoors85: Just went out here for a few hours and was very nice. Beautiful views and was nice and quiet. The visitor center is closed and looks to have been closed for a while. Will be returning in the spring when everything is blooming to take some photos. Oh also saw a bit of wildlife as well which was nice.
