However, when the need arises, theres no place Id rather handle our automotive needs than Canes Automotive. Weve dealt with numerous repair shops in the past in an effort to find "our mechanic." Weve finally found our preferred provider in Canes.
This year alone, weve called upon Canes for an unexpected tow and two moderately extensive repairs for our vehicles. Each time, we have received outstanding customer service.
Scheduling an appointment has been easy and reasonably quick. Ahead of any repairs made, weve been contacted with a diagnosis and a cost estimate for parts and labor. Final cost has always been reasonable and within the quoted price point. Repairs have been completed surprisingly fast, often same-day in our experiences.
Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and communicative.
Grateful for their business and look forward to utilizing their services when needed.
