They loaned me a car for a week, found that my car was too damaged to repair, and found a venue to sell it which we did. Their charges were totally reasonable for all they did, and their professionalism was excellent. They will have any future business ever needed.

Gracie Scott We bought a ford explorer from them a year ago. The air was broke when we test drove it, and we made a deal they would fix the air if we bought it. So we take it in to get fixed. All they do is add coolant to the unit. So they put a bandaid on it and didn’t actually fix it. Now that it’s hot again, the air is not working. We take it back in there, and now they are REFUSING to fix it because they already “fixed” it. And they said we waited too long; which is funny because we weren’t using the air in the winter. So I guess they expected us to know the air was still broke in the winter time. The ENTIRE air conditioning unit needs replaced and they want to charge us $3,000. We will not be giving them anymore of our money, and will be taking it elsewhere to get fixed CORRECTLY . We will NEVER buy a car from here again and would NEVER tell anyone to go here. The service lady at the reception desk was VERY RUDE. She was sighing and rolling her eyes. Very horrible customer service. Would never recommend this place.

My fiancé and I were traveling from Fargo, ND to West Plains, MO and stopped in Quincy for the night and ran into car trouble. We hit a big bump and it looked like the car was leaking oil. Being 10 hours from home and 6 hours from our destination, we were a nervous wreck thinking we would be stuck in Quincy on the first night of our 7 day trip with not many options. Niehaus was the only shop out of many that we called that offered to get it up on a lift to take a look at any potential damage. We were also nervous that it would be a very expensive (and time consuming) fix, and thankfully there was minimal damage and we were able to get on the road the same day. The mechanic and the two ladies sitting at the desk were sincere and so friendly. They didnt charge us an arm and a leg and didnt take advantage of our vulnerable situation. Was 100° out and we were traveling south with 2 dogs in the car and our AC quit , I called the shop while we were across the street grabbing lunch and he said bring it on over! Such short notice, they got us in immediately and back on the road very quickly. They even let us bring our dogs inside to cool off in the AC while they fixed our vehicles AC!
