1 /5 Derek Hauser: Thank you Katie for being very rude and unprofessional while I was on the verge of a mental health crisis. Not everything is black and white maam. Your attitude and demeaning tone was unwarranted. You should not be in an office dealing with potential mental health patients with the nasty attitude you have. After calling 3 other doctors I was able to get an appointment to get my medication.....without being demeaned or talked down to. Edit: I have been going to this office for over 10 years and the docs are great! This is my first terrible experience like this. I will be filing a formal complaint.

1 /5 Holly M: This place is disgusting. They took my son off all his medicine for ODD and ADHD and expect me to deal with the behavior from him not having his medicine. What kind of doctor takes a kid off his medicine he has been taking for years! I will also be contacting Illinois Attorney General on this office!!!

5 /5 Nick Krumwiede: Ive been in Dr. Qs suboxone program for about 6 years or so. During this time Ive had almost exclusively great experiences. Doctor Q is extremely thorough and a fantastic listener as well as physician. Hes helped me overcome many obstacles that he did not have to and has helped me medically with many issues that I was not initially seeing him for. Being in any program like this for several years, you tend to have your ups and downs. During the ups, Doc is very encouraging and helpful. During the downs, very understanding and willing to listen to your problems and address them thoroughly and aggressively. In many years Ive had multiple issues, and every single time Doc has been willing to listen and and was very understanding, as opposed to many other places that will just cancel your relationship with them the moment you tell them. Needless to say he is now my primary care physician and you should not hesitate to check out their facility. The nursing staff is super friendly, always able to work with you and prepared for whatever you ask of them. Wait times are not abnormal, either.

5 /5 Martin Perry: Dr. Quarton is the best. He truly cares about his patients & always listens to any concerns or issues they may have. I have been with Dr Quarton for several years and he has always been extremely professional with a fantastic bedside manner. I find him to be a very compassionate, patient and understanding doctor. I am very thankful that Dr Quarton is my GP.

2 /5 J L: Although the providers are helpful, the staff generally arent. Today I called to try to get a test moved up for my son whos been sick for a week. It was scheduled for 9 days from now, but when I asked to get it sooner the receptionist told me that if I wanted it sooner I could call myself. Then when I asked for the phone number to call she told me that she had no way of knowing where the test was scheduled. Seriously?! Unfortunately this isnt the first time Ive been treated like this.
