5 /5 Donald B. Reeder: I have been there over 25 times in the last 3 years. Every clinic I’ve been to and every staff member made each experience as pleasant as was possible. Plenty of handicapped parking and regular parking. Better than average wait times for appointments and emergency room visits. This is a smaller sized hospital that is large enough to provide “Big City Services “ but small enough to have that old fashioned attitude of excellent patient care.

5 /5 Deb: My dad was here this week, and I have to be honest, I am skeptical of tiny rural hospitals as I have worked in all sizes of hospitals throughout my 20+ years in medicine. This is a great place. Modern facility, appropriate for the size of the hospital. The nurses, phlebotomists, NP, and hospitalist were all very kind, attentive, and made solid medical decisions regarding my father’s care. Great job guys!

1 /5 Mike Miller: Nice facility, and staff , but when you need transferred dont believe them when you are told everything is taken care of. We pull into St. Johns on Tuesday we were told those tests are only on Thursday, and they didnt know anything about it us coming in. Flat out lie to your face.

1 /5 laura maguire: The therapy department I used to like not anymore. After they fired the one therapist who went above and beyond for her patients. I had this new one for my child and she wasnt very nice at all to me or my child. Saying how it was my fault that my child with severe autism was still in pullups and saying he had no medical issues. Mind you shes only seen my kid once or twice and acted like she knew my kid better than me. So no I called and said how I wanted a break from services. Well then I called to get back in and see someone else and the head of therapy told me how I would have to be on the so called waiting list and thats been months ago and still never heard anything. I am very disappointed how they are running things now. It seems as if they dont care to have any business. So thats on them. I miss the way it was when I first started taking my kids there.

Glen Carbon Family Dentistry - Glen Carbon Jo Bost: Business full of great people. I wish I was better with names but the receptionist with the black hair and glasses is sooo very nice. Even my son said he was so happy I chose them. They were all so friendly. They thoroughly explained what they were doing every step of the way and laid out a game plan for my son’s future visits. I also appreciate they gave me the pricing for his future visits so I won’t be surprised. We signed up for their membership as well which gives us a discount on his upcoming filling. Seeing how great they were with my son makes me less nervous (dental anxiety) for my future appt. I highly recommend! *EDITED TO ADD MORE* We went back a few days later for my son’s cavity filling. They knew it was his birthday and they blew me away! They had his room decorated with balloons, a sign and a happy birthday banner. They even got him a card and a cake pop from Starbucks. We were so surprised. I almost cried because it was so thoughtful!

We received referral to oral surgeons costing over $1000.00. A friend sent me to Dr. Kellerman and he took a look and said, “No problem”- for a fraction of the cost. He is very personable and would talk me through everything. Very happy we found him! My teen walked out very confident and better than his last appointment! I like how honest and realistic they are about procedures. We also got word that Dr. Borden recently invested into a virtual reality headset for his customers that has shown positive significant improvement for people with dental phobia! Can’t wait to hear how it goes! Highly recommend. His staff is very friendly and his assistant is very sweet!

After having major anxiety about the dentist for many years, this is the first dentist I have found that completely puts my worries at ease. She is always fantastic, and you can tell how much this office cares about their patients. I cracked a tooth over the weekend and they were able to squeeze me in after work and get me all set so I didn’t have to miss multiple days of work. Cannot recommend highly enough.
