3 /5 Amanda Norman: Pretty disappointed in my recent experience. I scheduled 2 new patient appointments (back to back) 2 months ago for myself and my 6yr old kid. The appointments are 80 minutes long so I called today to confirm if there was enough time in between the appointments for me to run down the street to get him from school (probably 10-15 minutes total) or if he was just going to need to come with me for both appointments. I was informed by the staff that there was not enough time in between the appointments so hed need to come with me. But also that he couldnt come back into the room for my exam. Hed have to wait in the waiting room by himself. I said that wouldnt work hed need to be with me. He said thats not allowed. I said why would they schedule the appointments to be booked back to back like that knowing his age and that hesnot allowed to be with me. He said it was the answering service who doesnt take all those things into account. I asked that the appointments be canceled then. Very disappointing considering how long weve waited and since Id heard such good things about the dentist!

A friend sent me to Dr. Kellerman and he took a look and said, “No problem”- for a fraction of the cost. The office staff is so nice and helpful. We immediately felt at home. Lady Lexism: Absolutely love Dr. Borden, super patient and sweet. Works amazing with my teen with a dentist phobia. He is very personable and would talk me through everything. Very happy we found him! My teen walked out very confident and better than his last appointment! I like how honest and realistic they are about procedures. We also got word that Dr. Borden recently invested into a virtual reality headset for his customers that has shown positive significant improvement for people with dental phobia! They got me in quickly the next morning and diagnosed it as a muscle spasm in my jaw and provided me with a prescription. They also billed my insurance directly!
