She is always fantastic, and you can tell how much this office cares about their patients. I cracked a tooth over the weekend and they were able to squeeze me in after work and get me all set so I didn’t have to miss multiple days of work. Cannot recommend highly enough.

My first visit to another office left me feeling uneasy— the dentist never actually looked at my teeth, only reviewed scans, and recommended thousands of dollars in work, including extractions and crowns, without clearly explaining why. When I mentioned getting a second opinion, the staff was dismissive and rude. At Park Place Dental, the experience was completely different. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, professional, and thorough. They took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions. Instead of pushing unnecessary procedures, they provided an honest, conservative treatment plan that made sense. Rather than expensive crowns, they believe fillings will resolve my cavities, and they explained why removing all four wisdom teeth (rather than just the two with cavities) is the best approach for my crossbite and jaw health. The waiting room was comfortable, scheduling was easy and flexible, and they worked with my availability. It’s refreshing to find a dental office that prioritizes patient care over profit. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Jenny Jeff: Everyone at Park Place Dental is FANTASTIC! The entire process of getting an appointment on short notice to an immediate followup date was beyond my expectations. Dr Molly Stice, hygienist, and entire staff made everything so easy and painless (pun intended). Also had my teeth whitened for the first time ever, and I am delighted at how much better I look now! I may just make the trip back to STL from FL just to see them for my regular visits ;) Thank you all so much!!

5 /5 B W: We’ve been treated at both the Shiloh and Glen Carbon locations now and they’re so wonderful. My kid had a cavity that was causing her some pain and they were able to get her in quick. They let us know when there was a cancellation so we could get in earlier, which we ended up needing. My kid needed numbing for a filling and she didn’t even realize she was getting a shot! The dental team is AMAZING with both young patients and anyone who has bad anxiety over cleaning (like me). The office staff goes over treatment and payment before any work is done too so no surprises! I cannot recommend them enough.

Staff was very informative and capable... and easy to talk to. However, the price quoted was quite a bit higher than another, very reputable and highly recommended facility had given us.

Smile Center Orthodontics - Glen Carbon Gayla Nickel: We give Smile Center Orthodontics an easy 5 star rating!!!! Their facility is super inviting and clean! The entire staff is absolutely amazing and so friendly. They will answer any questions at any time. They are super easy to contact!!! So many rewards and incentives for kiddos:) my daughter can’t get enough of learning how she can do right and earn more smile bucks!! The process and organization is to a “T”. This is a great place for people of all ages. Dr. Regaldo is so sweet and helpful. She is so knowledgeable in her practice. The technology of before and after results and seeing how my daughter’s teeth change from week to week is absolutely mind blowing. I just can’t say enough good things about this facility. I am so glad we chose the SMILE CENTER!!

Ginger Creek Dental - Glen Carbon Dianne Luna: My husband and I were traveling to St. Louis in our motorhome to visit family and I began having pain in my jaw. I thought I had an infection, so I called several dentists in the area on my insurance plan for an appointment. Ginger Creek Dental was the only provider who could see me right away the next morning as we hadn’t even arrived in town yet. They got me in quickly the next morning and diagnosed it as a muscle spasm in my jaw and provided me with a prescription. They also billed my insurance directly! This was the first time I have ever had to seek medical services on the road. All of the staff were so kind and helpful! I am so grateful for Ginger Creek Dental! Thank you!!

Southern Illinois Pediatric Dentistry - Edwardsville Kara Blevins: If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Terrible service!!! Their dentist tried to gaslight me, belittle me, and bully me for asking general questions regarding their “treatment plan” that, come to find out, my child didn’t need. The owner, yelled at me, hung up on me, and tried to gaslight me when I calmly tried to talk to her about the problem I had with one of her dentists. BEWARE of this place!!! There are better pediatric dentists out there.

Smile For Life Dentistry - Glen Carbon Michelle McGee: Dr English is a brilliant Dentist who is helping me get rid of an infection that was behind an implant Dr Boatman from Troy put in a while back. Dr English helped get all the bacteria out that was growing behind that implant that was definitely put in wrong to begin with. So glad Dr English saved my mouth from any more damage. Look forward to him completing a new implant with a bridge so I can smile again.

Edwardsville Endodontics - Edwardsville Lauren Shoe: If you have a dental emergency, go somewhere else. They do not care if you are crying in pain calling daily… only until a doctor calls and suddenly they can get you in that same day. He redid a badly infected root canal while complaining about people expecting him to have openings during the entire procedure. I ended up having to get it extracted elsewhere because it was still infected and they wouldn’t get me in to check on it…Just kept wanting to give me more antibiotics over the phone. After my extraction elsewhere, they said there was still residue that should have been removed during the root canal. Absolute nightmare.

Hyten Steven J DDS - Edwardsville Lauren Shoe: 0 stars if I could. This dude caused my dental anxiety to return worse than it’s ever been. I appreciated him getting me in quickly due to a dental emergency; however, basic empathy would have been appreciated. Nothing like being stabbed in infected gums several times without any numbing gel. And then looking in my mouth for less than 10 seconds at a follow up appointment when I had serious concerns was the last straw. I’d look elsewhere.

Dr. Katharine McGinnis, DMD - Edwardsville Aaron Newcom: Weve been seeing Dr. McGinnis for around 10 years or so, and its been great! We take our kids to see her too (ages 10, 8, 6). Dr. McGinnis is very kind and calming, and the whole staff there is just great. Would definitely recommend!
