They will answer any questions at any time. They are super easy to contact!!! So many rewards and incentives for kiddos:) my daughter can’t get enough of learning how she can do right and earn more smile bucks!! The process and organization is to a “T”. This is a great place for people of all ages. Dr. Regaldo is so sweet and helpful. She is so knowledgeable in her practice. The technology of before and after results and seeing how my daughter’s teeth change from week to week is absolutely mind blowing. I just can’t say enough good things about this facility. I am so glad we chose the SMILE CENTER!!

Kara Blevins: If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Terrible service!!! Their dentist tried to gaslight me, belittle me, and bully me for asking general questions regarding their “treatment plan” that, come to find out, my child didn’t need. The owner, yelled at me, hung up on me, and tried to gaslight me when I calmly tried to talk to her about the problem I had with one of her dentists. BEWARE of this place!!! There are better pediatric dentists out there.

Michelle McGee: Dr English is a brilliant Dentist who is helping me get rid of an infection that was behind an implant Dr Boatman from Troy put in a while back. Dr English helped get all the bacteria out that was growing behind that implant that was definitely put in wrong to begin with. So glad Dr English saved my mouth from any more damage. Look forward to him completing a new implant with a bridge so I can smile again.

Lauren Shoe: If you have a dental emergency, go somewhere else. They do not care if you are crying in pain calling daily… only until a doctor calls and suddenly they can get you in that same day. He redid a badly infected root canal while complaining about people expecting him to have openings during the entire procedure. I ended up having to get it extracted elsewhere because it was still infected and they wouldn’t get me in to check on it…Just kept wanting to give me more antibiotics over the phone. After my extraction elsewhere, they said there was still residue that should have been removed during the root canal. Absolute nightmare.

Lauren Shoe: 0 stars if I could. This dude caused my dental anxiety to return worse than it’s ever been. I appreciated him getting me in quickly due to a dental emergency; however, basic empathy would have been appreciated. Nothing like being stabbed in infected gums several times without any numbing gel. And then looking in my mouth for less than 10 seconds at a follow up appointment when I had serious concerns was the last straw. I’d look elsewhere.
