3 /5 Leslie Owens: I had a consult re my need for dental implants, probably 4 implants in 2 bridges. Staff was very informative and capable... and easy to talk to. However, the price quoted was quite a bit higher than another, very reputable and highly recommended facility had given us.

5 /5 E Kim: Had a great experience here at Aspen Dental. The planning for my treatment was very easy and Taylor Bartok answered all of my financial questions. I loved how quickly I got an appointment when I had a dental emergency. I recommend everyone who doesn’t have insurance to come here, they really try to accommodate towards those who are not fully covered. I will definitely recommend to others to come to the Glen Carbon location. Very friendly staff. I had a great experience with Trista, she was very polite and asked me for my opinions.

4 /5 Lloyd Jones: They seem very professional and made sure they understood what I wanted from their service. They let me know the cost that would be involved and how to work out the monthly payment. I havent had actual work done yet except to make impressions. Ill have to let you know the rest of my experience after the work is done.

5 /5 Maegan Whitehouse: They are very nice. Came in for a broken tooth after going to another dentist because they do not do extractions. That dentist said my teeth looked great. Once I was seen after talking about the broken tooth they told me about some other issues that could be the reason my tooth broken in the first place and could be a huge problem later on and is willing to take care of that and the broken tooth during next visit. Loved that I was informed of this and have caught it in time to fix. Thankful for all the kind people there that helped me during this visit.

5 /5 Bobbi Hilterbrand: Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable.. I had a tooth extracted and a partial was ready on the spot. In the past when I have had extractions I have had pain and discomfort at the time and for days later this time none and I was in and out in one hour. I went to the Glen Carbon ,Illinois office. I would highly recommend it.

Southern Illinois Pediatric Dentistry - Edwardsville Kara Blevins: If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Terrible service!!! Their dentist tried to gaslight me, belittle me, and bully me for asking general questions regarding their “treatment plan” that, come to find out, my child didn’t need. The owner, yelled at me, hung up on me, and tried to gaslight me when I calmly tried to talk to her about the problem I had with one of her dentists. BEWARE of this place!!! There are better pediatric dentists out there.

Smile For Life Dentistry - Glen Carbon Michelle McGee: Dr English is a brilliant Dentist who is helping me get rid of an infection that was behind an implant Dr Boatman from Troy put in a while back. Dr English helped get all the bacteria out that was growing behind that implant that was definitely put in wrong to begin with. So glad Dr English saved my mouth from any more damage. Look forward to him completing a new implant with a bridge so I can smile again.

Edwardsville Endodontics - Edwardsville Lauren Shoe: If you have a dental emergency, go somewhere else. They do not care if you are crying in pain calling daily… only until a doctor calls and suddenly they can get you in that same day. He redid a badly infected root canal while complaining about people expecting him to have openings during the entire procedure. I ended up having to get it extracted elsewhere because it was still infected and they wouldn’t get me in to check on it…Just kept wanting to give me more antibiotics over the phone. After my extraction elsewhere, they said there was still residue that should have been removed during the root canal. Absolute nightmare.

Hyten Steven J DDS - Edwardsville Lauren Shoe: 0 stars if I could. This dude caused my dental anxiety to return worse than it’s ever been. I appreciated him getting me in quickly due to a dental emergency; however, basic empathy would have been appreciated. Nothing like being stabbed in infected gums several times without any numbing gel. And then looking in my mouth for less than 10 seconds at a follow up appointment when I had serious concerns was the last straw. I’d look elsewhere.

Dr. Katharine McGinnis, DMD - Edwardsville Aaron Newcom: Weve been seeing Dr. McGinnis for around 10 years or so, and its been great! We take our kids to see her too (ages 10, 8, 6). Dr. McGinnis is very kind and calming, and the whole staff there is just great. Would definitely recommend!
