5 /5 Benjamin Huggins: After the tow service jump started our Sienna, the guy told us our alternator was the problem, so I took it to Carlton Auto Repair. Carlton charged the battery all day, tested the alternator, and reported that it was all good. The vehicle just needs to be driven more regularly. They easily could have replaced the alternator, charged me a bunch, and I would have been none the wiser. Ive always had a good experience with this shop. Highly recommend. If there isnt something that needs fixing, they will tell you so and not charge you. I drove it there and they were able to work my car in even though I didnt have an appointment and had never been there before. The owners were so nice and thoroughly explained everything and even had the car done in only a few hours. Ill definitely be back for my next service. Highly recommended and reputable shop. My most recent issue was diagnosed correctly (bad wheel bearing) when original repair shop and dealership both missed it. With repairs, you get what you pay for. But with J &C you get something more than you paid for.....reliability.

Janine Fazio: This shop is very honest and trustworthy. I was told by my car manufacturer, thousands of dollars of repairs were necessary which I had a hard time believing were necessary. When I talked to Dayne, he looked at the supposed issues, and both issues identified by the dealer, were not what I was told. No leak at all in the AC hose, no oil leak and a basic AC charge is all that was needed. Service done the next day; I highly recommend the professionalism and work at this shop!
