5 /5 Toby Latham: Great experience across the board. Things like this are a big uncertainty when you are making a financial decision of any scale related to basically health and happiness. I had multiple teeth loose from periodontal disease (previous smoker) and was looking for any options to get them removed and implants placed as quickly as possible. The office was thorough in showing me every aspect of treatment from beginning to aftercare. All the staff are professional, courteous and yet down to earth. When I had questions, they were answered quickly. I hate to see the other reviewer that had issues because I asked them to break everything down and they did with no hesitation. At the end of the day, I went in for the procedure, had my teeth pulled and new teeth all in the same day. This was of the utmost importance in the position I am in as well as just general happiness when you look at your smile. I highly recommend and surely dont want to lose any more teeth, but if that is ever the case, Ill be returning here.

1 /5 Sam Perkins: First of all this office was good looking and professional you can tell they take great care in they are a one stop shop And do everything themselves. I was treated professionally and had all of my issues throughly explained along with a treatment plan that is the good now for the bad. I felt that I was a patient that was treat and taken through a robotic checklist that they had to perform with every patient which I understand. My big issue was the over concern for previous quotes I had been given and the price. I had told them this is a big investment and I was seeking a second opinion to make sure the need and cost were where they should be what I was quoted. After i was told the plan i was give a piece of paper with 2 numbers on it 20k and 25k. No itemized cost no dates or plan of treatment. There was no way for me to see a breakdown of costs which is unheard of in any business. Then I was told we need all the money up front no pay as you go or breakdown of treatment full well knowing that none of this is covered by insurance. My tour guide then turned into a finance agent directing me to all the ways I could borrow money using their lenders at crazy rates to pay up front for everything for them not for me. All in all I would say I think they probably do good work at a very high price with little regard for individual care and customer service. Go there if you don’t care about money and want your teeth done but if you are someone like me that has worked hard for what you have I would look elsewhere that allows you to see every cost and is transparent. maybe someone else will be the exact same price but at least it will be broken down and scrutinized not just a bold dollar figure handed and say this is it with no breakdown no scrutiny and the ability to make you feel better about handing someone $25,000. I wish you all the luck no matter where you go getting dental work of this magnitude is a big decision. 5 /5 S D: Just had a hygiene appointment and everyone is so kind, patient, knowledgeable & thorough. I was extremely apprehensive because it had been so long since I had a cleaning, but I was immediately put as ease. Highly recommend!
