5 /5 Hilary V: I 100% recommend Bri -- she was highly professional and is very skilled at what she does; a true artist. She took her time to hear what I was looking for and did an AMAZING job. I appreciated that she took her time and made sure it was literally perfect. You can tell she loves what she does as well! I will only ever go to Bri at Color Theory. Highly recommend!!! Great vibes, 5 stars!

Bri is wonderful - she went above and beyond to ensure a happy appointment. She KILLED my balayage and I will definitely be seeing her again!

1 /5 D Sinks: I had the poorest experience here with the stylists after they messed up my hair last night. I booked with this place over an hour away bc I saw their color work. I arrived from my 5:45 appt at 5:30 p.m. I was booked on the phone by Emily for a cut and color, she told me I was seeing Sam but ultimately they had me see Emily. She told me they may not have time for the cut depending on which color I am doing. I said this was fine as I understood. I provided reference photos, explicitly explained my hair texture length and color over the phone prior. Cass a senior stylist and Emily both explained to me what was achievable with my hair and we agreed to go solid orange. Upon bleach bath and color application the hair did not turn out right, even though I had been assured from the stylists that yes it was achievable and would turn out right. My hair was orange at the top and red at the bottom. I had started with red at the bottom meaning that they only were able to change 3-4 in. of hair at the root. Emily then told me a haircut was no longer possible. I just wanted the color right at least. A new stylist was brought in to help color correct the orange to red, which I did not want but was the only option provided to me besides coming back. I had cried at this point bc it was so bad. The new stylist & Emily color corrected my roots and I demanded that they cut my damaged hair. Emily explained for the trouble that she would round brush my hair at the end. The new stylist said that was not possible due to time. They tried to charge me full price for their mistake. I was never asked if I was okay or apologized to. They had no empathy for me after messing up my hair. I left with wet hair from this place like a dog. I have never been so uncared for in a salon. They were so ging along with the radio while I sat in their chair crying from their mistake. The only amends I got were " sorry you didnt get what you wanted". Please save yourself the trouble. I will be sending this to the owner, Brittany.

5 /5 Tracey Schock: After many failed appointments, my Daughter recommended Bri. After hesitation, I had my consult, then my appointment. I was BLOWN away! Friendly staff, warm environment. Bri took her time. She was honest and transparent, she made sure I was comfortable, and my hair looks amazing! I am hooked! I believe I found my nee stylist! Thank you Bri! My hair turned out better than I hoped!
