Left the place after oil change and adjustment to the tires (proper) air pressure --- now the car drives the way it should ---- NOT pulling to one side of the road or another.     Andrea White: During one of the hottest weeks here, my blower fan went out in my Rogue. I took it to my friend who knows a lot about cars. We did all the diagnostic tests. All pointed to the blower fan. I called Jack’s at 10:30 am. We talked I told him what was wrong, he said bring it down. 2 hours later my car is dropped off. He looked at them time and said he wouldn’t have it done until tomorrow morning. I told him no rush. 8:15 am the next morning, Jack calls me to tell me my car is ready. I was shocked. Not only did he get my blower fan fixed, he changed the oil too. I truly can’t say enough good things about this shop. Jack knows his cars! He is fast, efficient, and truly reasonable. The customer service I received was amazing. Thank you, Jack and team. My car gets nice and cold again!

    Tammy lee: Just had the best, most pleasant customer service I have had in years! I decided to just stop in because the bolts in my jeep were rusted and couldnt get the stepsides unscrewed. I asked the gentleman at the counter...I regretfully didnt get his name. He came out to the parking lot on the spot, crawled under the jeep and took them off.They also have 20 dollar oil changes right now and a open house coming up. Professional and friendly. Stop in there and give them your business! You wont regret it!
