5 /5 Katie H: Every single staff I’ve interacted with at this office has been extremely friendly, helpful, informative, and professional. I feel listened to, I feel respected. I have extreme anxiety about dental work, and the staff have been understanding and accommodating with that. The financial aspects have always been communicated well to me and I always feel on the same page with the staff that explain finances. The location is great, it makes my visits slightly less anxiety inducing to see the pretty rock decors put in the office and to see where the birds are fed. All of the small compliments to this place adds up and I am happy this is my dental place.

5 /5 Angie Sutton: Great place and friendly staff! They were able to get me in right away for tooth pain and discovered I had a cracked tooth. They got me in the very next day for a crown to repair the cracked tooth! They did a great job describing the procedure and making me feel comfortable during the entire process!

Maple Shade Dental Group: Willey Tyler DDS - Dunlap Anne F: My husband went there a year ago for work to be done. He paid the entire estimate price. We received paperwork a couple months later from insurance that the claims had not been filed by the dentist but we ignored it. A year later, we have received a fairly sizeable bill saying this was the amount we owed because insurance didnt pay. Of course, the inflation. The letter made it sound like we were running out on a bill. When we called, they blamed it on that it took the insurance company this long to pay. Of course, when you did not put in the paperwork it would-- but no one mentioned that for they did not know we got that letter. In the midst of the recession, we will come up with the money for what are we to owe. Overall, not totally impressed to begin with the place. Dentist & Hygienists were friendly but another dentist is already found before all of this late billing. Not going back.
