Stephanie M.: I had been experiencing pain and swelling on my lower jaw and set up a same day appointment. I was seen by Dr. Quimby who advised I had impacted wisdom teeth that needed to be removed. At the end of the visit, he said “Your teeth are pretty crooked.. we can fix that” I replied “that doesn’t bother me” He seemed extremely arrogant. I certainly didn’t appreciate him trying to “sell” me braces/Invisalign when the reason for my visit was clearly a medical issue. The only positive thing about my visit was a referral to Dr. Erin Sheffield at QMG for the removal. She was a fantastic Doctor.

The procedure was absolutely painless except for the first shot to numb my cheek. I even got into my appointment half an hour early since they called me and told me they were ahead of schedule and could come right in. Would definitely use their services again!
