Travis Watkins Absolutely the greatest experience I have ever had, 2 extractions. I called the night before in serious pain at work full blown tears in front of costumers. It was to late in the day to get me in as I was just referred by another patient who just came from the office. I had called everyone and Aspen Dental, who got me in and only aggravated the situation and wanted to do cleans worth 7000.00 dollars rather than extracting the teeth which no doubt needed done. Only very expensive treatment could have these teeth and Im talking 10s of thousands and no amount of hygiene was going to fix them period. This costumer, gave me their number and I called they got me in first thing the next morning my wait time was no more than 8 to 10 mins long enough for me to hand in my paperwork. From the time I sit in the chair to the minute I got up I was immediately taken care of and with the upmost compassion and care. Not only were they kind and understanding they were very affordable. I would recommend Busbey Dental, to everyone family, friend, or foe cause after what i went thru I wish tooth pain on no one and I understand your pain, so I want to give a big thanks to all of you at Busbey Dental for your wonderful and understanding hearts and I am looking forward to seeing you all again for all my dental needs. Good Vibes Radio One of the best and most considerate in town. I was worried about being judged for how poorly I took care of my teeth but he focused on solutions and we found some. I appreciated how well he treated me as a patient.

Aiden OConnor I had a wonderful experience with this provider. They handled my tooth extraction (which was complex as the teeth were broken) very well and healing has been smooth. They addressed pain after the procedure as well and were very careful with my jaw during the process as my jaw has a tendency to lock up.

Amanda V I had my bottom 2 wisdom teeth taken out here. Dr. Riggs is super nice and understanding. When I had my dry sockets he worked with my schedule so that it could be treated and I wouldn’t be in as much pain. 10/10 would recommend.

Makenna Slater 1 star because the process was smooth and relatively painless. Now the numbing agents have worn offf and the Wisdom tooth they pulled is throbbing. They refuse to give pain medications and said it would probably hurt for about a week. Would not recommend being treated here, not at all compassionate.

Stephanie M. I had been experiencing pain and swelling on my lower jaw and set up a same day appointment. I was seen by Dr. Quimby who advised I had impacted wisdom teeth that needed to be removed. At the end of the visit, he said “Your teeth are pretty crooked.. we can fix that” I replied “that doesn’t bother me” He seemed extremely arrogant. I certainly didn’t appreciate him trying to “sell” me braces/Invisalign when the reason for my visit was clearly a medical issue. The only positive thing about my visit was a referral to Dr. Erin Sheffield at QMG for the removal. She was a fantastic Doctor.
