1 /5 anthony carter: The absolute worst experience with reception staff ever. They were rude and disrespectful. Never ever ever talk down to your patients! I went in for cleaning. Exrays were done then I was told they cant do any cleaning without prior authorization. My insurance does not require prior authorization. After calling my insurance to verify neither of the people at the front desk was willing to admit it was their office that wanted authorization. Ive never been to a dentist that didnt verify coverage, and payment before I arrived. I will never visit Dekamore Dental again nor will I recommend then to anyone. Ever!

5 /5 Tony Rivera: I made an appointment, was able to get in fairly quickly. I had cracked a tooth. Checked in, did my paperwork , with in 10 minutes I was getting X-rays. Dr Gandhi came in explained what she wanted to do. After a thorough cleaning. She started. The procedure went very well, no pain, and I was very happy with the end result. I do recommend Dekamore Dental.

1 /5 Josh Hammond: Dr. Moran is rude, disrespectful, and has a horrible bedside manner. I will not be back to see him. The previous dentist I was seeing no longer works at this location so they made me an appointment with the first available dentist. Now I see why he was available. I came in to get some teeth extracted as part of the treatment plan we had already established. Dr. Moran refused to extract any teeth because as he put it he "only does simple extractions". Then why am I even here. Nobody else was available that could help me so I have an appointment with another dentist in a couple weeks. Hopefully he is nicer than Dr. Moran.

5 /5 Ann Fickers: DeKamore Dental has a cozy environment and the staff there makes you feel welcomed and invited. The office staff clean and sanitized the patient’s clipboards after every use; and the dental assistants sanitize their face shields after every client. The dentist and hygienist are very professional and explain the procedures BEFORE doing it and tell you WHY they are doing it. This is the best place to go if you are afraid of dentists or dental procedures- they put you at ease. With Dekamore, patients comes first then your teeth. I will be using Dekamore again for all my dental needs-visit Dekamore and they too will become part of your family

The Dr took the time to discuss with me certain things that I had going on gave me the option on how I would like to proceed instead of deciding for me. Definitely recommend this dental group. Very friendly from walking in to walking out
