Jasmyn Steele: I’ve gotten my hair did twice with them before! The first time my hair was done perfect! Second experience was sooooo horrible!! Both times I received micro braids. The second time she made the middle of my hair have pixie sized braids and used less weave which made the braid basically be my real hair and when i complained she blamed it on my hair being too thick and if I wanted more weave used I would have to pay extra for the weave plus pay extra since my hair was thick. I told her I could pay for the outer edge area of braids being done but I wanted my money back. Mimi wanted to argue so i got on the phone with my mom and her story changed. On their card it expresses they will have your hair did within 8 hours but I was there for 12.
