    Charlene Michelle: BEWARE. J.R. took advantage of my daughter. He scammed her out of a lot of money. Supposedly fixed her car but it broke down 10 mins after she picked it up from JRs shop. They took her car back and essentially said it was another thing that was wrong and wanted MORE money. We took it to another mechanic and it seemed like they did something to the car. This was a SCAM that ended up costing us almost triple. Steer clear of this place!

    Cody C.: If I could give this a 0 Stars I would. I put my car in his shop 5months ago. Was told he would fix a timing issue and we could pay after it’s complete. 2months later still no word, I called to follow up on the progress and was told he hadn’t even started, that he would need money for the parts… which is not what we agreed upon. We gave a small 150$ good faith payment even though we shouldn’t have. Then, after 3 more months of no word from this shop we called again. Same result, nothing had even been attempted to be fixed. We were then told that he wouldn’t fix the car till we paid for it. (Which is not how ANY mechanic I have ever been too works). Accused us of not having enough money to pay for it anyway and forced us to tow it away. 5months, money and time later and all we got to show for it is disrespect, incompetence and another tow bill. Save yourself the time, energy and headache and take your car to an actual mechanic. Not this shady “mechanic”

    Ariss Hin: I recently hit a deer and went to Charlies for estimate and body repair. The work was done quickly and looks perfect. They were not only knowledgeable about the body work, but also helpful in working with the insurance company. It feels good to know that there are professionals that are friendly and trustworthy right in our own backyard. I would highly recommend them.

    Deb Seymour: I wouldnt give this a star but it was the only way to give this information. I would never take my auto here. First, not well kept, office or personal. Didnt fix the chip correctly, ended with a new windshild and after waiting all day for the truck, it was a mess he didnt clean up didnt replace the headliner, left stuff every where.. NOT AGAIN!!!!!!!
