This is the kind of operation where youre equally comfortable coming in off the road one time for a road-worthy repair, or where you take your vehicles for all kinds of services.

ken kugelberg Gary runs a very reputable business. Conner is great too. Went there original because they worked on carbs, and stayed because of the fairness honesty. Might be some places cheaper for somethings, but coming from family who owned a service shop, it the relationship and trust that counts most.

They did a key fob replacement, because I misplaced mines and was locked out of my car. My tow service included the tow, battery and gas. Thank you so much for everything, I truly appreciate your services.

Ashley S Our car broke down during a cross country road trip to see our families for Christmas and we couldn’t have been luckier to find the guys at Lathrop. Because it was after 5 pm, they were the only ones willing to work on our car that night to get us back on the road as soon as possible (discovered after calling 10-15 shops in the area). And even offered to tow us from where our car broke down (20 miles from them), which no other shop did either. Incredible customer service and expertise. Can’t recommend or thank them enough for getting us to our family for the holidays!

Brenda Ray We were stranded in Danville, 3 hours away from our home and they came to us to diagnose our problem and get us back on the road. Who else makes "house calls?!" Then he didnt even want to charge us. It was great connecting with someone who cares!

Kris Wharton Car had a broken motor mount bolt, Kenny had the car towed, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed and test driven in record time. Showed and explained everything he did. He came highly recommended by coworkers, but seeing this guy in action was amazing. Makes up for all the bad press other mechanics sometimes get and deserve.

Efren Perez Great experience over all! Staff is polite. Mechanics very knowledgeable. If you are having an issue with your truck and need a shop that wont do a highway robbery, this is the place to go. My truck was not driving straight and i was almost sure it was the steer box. The mechanic was able to immediately identify the issue as the Drag Link. Not their fault, they didnt have the part in hand and it was a Friday. Had to wait until Monday to get it fixed. But as soon as they knew that the part was about to arrive, they took a truck out that was there to finish my truck and get me back out on the road. HIGHLY recommend! Thank you @ Jesses team for all your help!

Kody Cooper Came in with brake lights blowing fuse, was helped right away. Very nice people. Didnt seem to be very confident or experienced technicians. After about 6 hours of working on it and 2nd day in. Fixed brake lights to only get about 200 miles down road and same problem. I was worried about this happening, i even asked roger if he could guarantee his work, he told me "well we cant becuase it could be something else wrong with it" I noticed they had no ability to get access to parts very quickly so plan on waiting. After a negotiation on price coming down from just over $900 settled on $800. Like I said nice people very friendly but probably wouldnt return.

James McKenzie Needed to get my daughters Jeep repaired after someone backed into it. She was getting ready to move back home after getting her degree at UofI. I worked with Joey and Ceaders was able to get the vehicle repaired and back to us within 2 weeks. Vehicle looks great! If I lived in Danville and needed auto body work done I would definetly go to Ceaders first. A+++++ customer service.

Bre Lappin Zero out of ten would not recommend. Their customer service is trash, they are rude as all out doors and on top of that they destroyed the inside of my vehicle. When you call to get an appointment the representative acts like they have better time consuming things to do. It’s just a horrible place all around.

Candace Leverenz AJ manages this store and does a great job. Occasionally, he smiles. lol But that’s not what good service is about. He gives you excellent service and if anything is wrong, he gets it right back in there to check it out. It’s very reasonably priced and he gets it done in as fast as he can. I highly recommend this place and AJ. I’ve been using them for years probably 15 years. I’ve never been disappointed.

eric johnson Rick is honest and will fix you up right. Wont do unnecessary repairs. He is quick. Prices are about average for the area. Call and get appointment but I have had vehicles towed in after business hours on a weekend and he gets on them pretty quick if he can.

Degradeddrummer666 Chris is a very knowledgeable experienced mechanic as Ive had him working on my vehicles for years. Everything from brakes to a complete engine swap. Dude just makes it look easy. Definitely my #1 go to guy when I need help with my vehicles.

Brendan Manno I needed the starter replaced in my vehicle. After a coworker recommended Matts Auto I figured Id give it a chance. I couldnt be happier with the service. bRAD lEE Recently took my avalanche in to have it inspected. They charged me $2000 but didn’t tell me I had tranny problems after they fixed everything they said take it to Hank‘s transmission. And that alone is another 2500 What kind of place charges the customer two grand knowing damn well that it’s not gonna do their vehicle not only that my check engine light is still on coding for 2 02 sensor Evap leaks like they swindled my ass . good smh never again I should’ve known something was up when the guy said we’ll see how much money we can squeeze out of you

Dulguun Sereglen I needed to have body paint/fix on my vehicle before my husband knows. So it was hard to find the shop that they could put me in. I was kind of rush. So finally I called them they took me in. They well care of my vehicle and result was amazing. Cannot notice the damage I made on my vehicle even in the sun. When I walked into the shop I was so surprised cleanest, taken care of, organized place I have even been to.

Brian Porcello Not much to do or see in this city. But this shop is huge. Friendly guys and they did everything GREAT! Im very judgmental with my cars. They did exactly what I needed. Swap tires on new wheels, no damage, balanced , New tire valves and reprogrammed my sensors to the new wheels for about 100$. Id day thats a deal in the middle of a small town like this. Avoid other places. These are the guys

Rena Estes the tech was nice. I had to go there twice to get a tire plugged. the staff was standing around and I had to wait twice for 45 minutes and pay $30. not impressed at all
