Because it was after 5 pm, they were the only ones willing to work on our car that night to get us back on the road as soon as possible (discovered after calling 10-15 shops in the area). And even offered to tow us from where our car broke down (20 miles from them), which no other shop did either. Incredible customer service and expertise. Can’t recommend or thank them enough for getting us to our family for the holidays!

5 /5 Scheryl L.: These guys are the working mans mechanic. They dont b.s. you. They dont overcharge you or blow up your bill! I broke down fri. Night while traveling thru. It was Sat on mem day weekend, I called him, he responded quickly. I needed an alternator and serpentine belt. Done in less than an hour. And he even checked my oil and other fluids before I got back out on the highway. If you break down in that area and you are traveling and I hope you never do, but have your tow take you here. Seriously. This dude is really great and he gets busy fast!

Abigail Ringstrom: If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Tommy and Mark fixed my car when my friend and I were stranded in a parking lot an hour away from home. We had called several mobile mechanics who were telling us it would be over 2 hours before they could arrive. When I called Wilsons, I spoke with Dani who was so kind and Mark and Tommy agreed to work overtime in 90 degree heat to help me out. It was going to cost an arm and a leg to tow it back home, but Tommy and Mark graciously fixed it in about an hour and a half for almost the same price a tow would cost. Thank you so much, Wilsons! Great work, fair pricing and fabulous customer service.

Kelsey informed them the car would be pulled inside since the drivers window was broken and would not roll up, the reason for the upcoming appointment. After 5pm on Saturday, we went by and the car was outside. At bare minimum plastic could’ve been placed over the window incase it rained, which there were chances. We drove the car off the lot Saturday evening, picked up the other key this morning. Thank you Kelsey for your awful service.

Dick Whicker: Had a gash in tire from deep pothole. Danville Auto ordered a tire as exact match for other tire. They pointed out that rim was bent. I was able to have rim straightened which took a few days. Danville Auto was patient and waited a few days until rim was returned. New tire was quickly mounted and everything was completed satisfactorily. Highly recommend Danville Auto for all repairs, not only tires.

Brian Porcello: Not much to do or see in this city. But this shop is huge. Friendly guys and they did everything GREAT! Im very judgmental with my cars. They did exactly what I needed. Swap tires on new wheels, no damage, balanced , New tire valves and reprogrammed my sensors to the new wheels for about 100$. Id day thats a deal in the middle of a small town like this. Avoid other places. These are the guys
