3 /5 Chandler Dorjahn: Scheduled a 1pm appointment at 10:30am. Got there right at 1. Was told that I would be helped shortly at that point. Waited a whole 18 minutes and when I stood at the counter, the one other girl that was there and busy with someone else asked if I had been helped. I said yes and that I was waiting. I heard them talking in the back and asking where the girl that was supposed to cut my hair was. I waited until 1:25ish and asked about an update. Said the girl was on her way there… TO THE BUSINESS! People have jobs to get to and can’t wait 30-40 minutes to even start a hair cut. My lunch hour thankfully is one hour long. I walked out at that point. I rearranged my whole lunch for this! Morals of scheduling and being on time don’t apply to them.
EDIT: Owner reached out to me and attempted at least to make it right. I can understand that an owner/manager over these employees despite all efforts cannot control the actions of their employees at all times.
