Good mechanics are hard to find.

5 /5 Taylor Radtke: The only place I go for fixing my tires and getting an oil change. They really care about the work that they do. Youre not just another project that needs to be completed. They get to know who you are and really make sure you understand whats going on and are there to help. Couldnt tell you how many times they went above and beyond for me. Even when I lived out of state for a while I would make appointments to cohenside with my visit to Toledo. Highly recommend.

1 /5 Alaska Jamison: Terrible customer service. When I walked in to the facility, the manager was sitting at the front desk on the phone with A customer. When the manager didn’t like what the customer had to say, he hung up and immediately gave full name to gentleman behind him and started talking badly about the customer on the phone. I went in to get my check engine light read that was it. They told me it would be another hour. This was before 8 o’clock this morning. Do not recommend at all. Their labor prices are high and I watched the mechanics try to get a tire off with a hammer. If you want your car, messed up for a real high price bring it here.

Nail & Spa - Sycamore dawn busch: Took the family here on a whim. Husband and myself had pedicures, daughters had manicures. Nice relaxing vibe. Professional and quick service. Would definitely come here again. UPDATE: This is my 3rd visit to this business and I still give it 5 stars. In looking at some of the other reviews I see that there are some who only gave it 1 star. I dont see how that can be possible! All three times that Ive been here there has been excellent service, friendly staff and quality work done. I have had a pedicure done here 3 times and one time added a manicure on. Very satisfied.

Pro Nails - Sycamore Kathrine Klein: Been coming here forever! I use to live in Sycamore and now live an hour and 30 mins away and still come to get my naild done every 3-4 weeks! Kenny and Ann our absolutely amazing and do an outstanding job every time! I wont go anywhere else!

Cloud9 Nail Spa - Sycamore Diana McCall: Nice and clean atmosphere. Great service. I was a walk in on a weekday and had about a 30 minute wait, but I didn’t mind. The nail techs were very friendly. I would return here again and I recommend this nail salon if you’re in the area.

Nails 47 - Sycamore Courtney Moss: This place is awesome! Fit me in same day for no chip pedi and mani. My nail tech was friendly and easy to talk to and did my nails how I asked and incorporated her own ideas too, which were great. Place was super clean and quiet and peaceful. This is the best nail place I have been to ever. Can’t wait to go back and would recommend to anyone.

Design Nails & Spa - Sycamore Alex Wenger: I tried to use a gift card I received for Christmas at a pretty well frequented nail salon in downtown Sycamore called Design Nails & Spa. I went to receive a pedicure this past Tuesday evening and am now on a 7 day treatment for MRSA per my primary care physician. I work at a hospital and already was fearful about the possible risk of infection, despite them using sanitary prepackaged tools they opened in front of me. They literally cut both my big toe nails (curved not square as necessary for pedicures to prevent an infection or ingrown toenail) all the way down into my nail bed and my left foot was bleeding. Not only that but the technician left before I was out of my chair and after requesting only a clear coat asked if I wanted color after he had already cut off a sizable portion of my large toenails. Not only was I not given a refund, but they downplayed the entire situation. They said what do you want us to do? The nail is already gone. They even called me after I left and had them take pictures in an attempt to rectify the situation in some way by offering me to come back in 3 weeks for a free pedicure. To be clear I would NEVER let them touch my feet again. I called the Health Department and they dont even investigate nail salons in the state of Illinois. You have to go through the state to make a report. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, always go to a reputable source that you know keeps updated licenses and truly cares about the health, integrity, sanitation and quality care of your body!!! Had I had a choice I would have gone to Alyssa at Lyss Laid It. Absolutely an unforgivable customer experience. Please save yourself the worry and possibility of infection or something worse and do not frequent this establishment.

Sarah Nails Design - DeKalb Dana Olivo: Finally, after searching for a long time since moving out this way, I found a fabulous nail salon. Sarah is great! I highly recommend her. I got a pedicure and french manicure and was in and out within an hour.

USA Nails - Sycamore Jazmin Ruiz: Been coming to this location for a year now. The owners are gentle on the hands and keep your nails looking natural. Ann always does my designs and impresses me every time. Great prices and customer service. Im always leaving out of there with a good laugh.

Leza Nail Spa DeKalb - DeKalb Anayeli Victoria: Really great service! I’ve been coming here for quite some time now and I love how my nails always turn out. I always recommend Tracy among others but I love how she takes her time and tries to perfect the nail art as much possible to your inspo picture. Love this place!

Studio 25 - Sycamore Stafford Meredith (Meredith): Amazing salon! From entry to completion, I felt welcomed, relaxed and confident. LA’s loss is Sycamore’s gain when it comes to Alexia. She is an amazing stylist from cut to color to updos. Alexia’s passion for hair, nails and charming personality, all make for lifelong stylist and client relationship. I will never go anywhere else again.
