Nikki Leenerman: Dr. Annie Ryan of Marshall County Veterinary Clinic is absolutely amazing! She has been so good to our animals. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and loves what she does. She explains things thoroughly and takes her time to answer questions. She came out to our hobby farm and trimmed our mini Highland cows hooves and even painted them for fun at my request, which went above and beyond. She also trimmed the hooves of our mini donkey and two mini fainting goats, without us even asking. She’s taken great care of our two new Karakachan puppies as well.
We’ve also had Dr. Charlie out to our farm as well, and he was equally as great. I highly recommend them, including for livestock!! We like them so much that we drive 45 minutes one way for appointments for our pups. They are the best vets office I’ve ever used!
Josh Johnson: Susan interrupted me multiple times. And when I attempted to humble my frustration and say that I may be misunderstood because Im not feeling well, she interrupted me again with "yeah, because" so I again for the 5th time said "excuse me?" Ofc with tonality this time because I attempting to apologize as I may be understood, but unclear because she was having difficulty letting me finish sentences, or even pause to breathe. As I expressed trouble breathing initially in the conversation. Conversation was at 8am march 26th.
Jessi Coleman: Previously loved Smalltown but did not have a good experience with the new dentist. Will be changing dentists.
New dentist did not agree with what the old dentist had done and refused to remove ortho brackets but agreed to fix with no extra charge. When we returned to have fixed, she refused to treat and said we need to go to a new dentist to fix. Now I will be stuck paying again and have to find a new dentist to remove brackets.
Joseph Brewer: Nice small town grocery store. Kinda pricey but foods expensive everywhere. I always show up five minutes before close and the ladies are always patient and kind with me. The service makes you overlook the higher prices most times . Thanks Ladies!
