1 /5 Sarah Ostrom: Unfortunately my visits did not go well. The initial visit was to fix and blend a shelf that my old hairstylist had caused to my hair. I waited six months growing it out so that it would be long enough that it would be easier to blend. Got there at scheduled time and 30 minutes later was taken due to running behind with client. Listen that happens understand. That then ran her late for next customer after me. We could of rescheduled if it was going to go like this. She layered the bottom half of my head only and didnt take care of the shelf I particularly came in to be blended in. Said she would have to cut hair.shorter. told her that was fine. Still didnt touch it. But didnt want to make her other customers wait longer. Then she told me the cut was 40 instead of 30 which she not only had on her wall, but had told me over phone when I called. And I provided her with a tip, so in total she got 50. Now after I left I took pics. Even tried styling my hair at home how I normally style it. But ended up telling her we have to blend it. We made an appointment for 2 days later. She rushed through the layering. And when done I wanted to cry. But instead I walked out and went home. She butchered my hair the second time. I luckily found a hairstylist a week later that could fix it, but still charged me of course bc its her business she had every right. And now my hair is inches short to fix something that should of been a trim, some layers, and a blend in of the shelf. First pic of length before trim. Then her trims. In response no you asked if I wanted my hair blow dried or not. I said I didnt care either way. No extra charge for it was ever mentioned. And no I did not mention liking my hair the second time. I left fast bc I wanted to cry. The hair was blendable prior to the butchering you call layering you did to it the second time. Leaving that time you had made my hair look like a kid had cut it with a pair of scissors. I wanted to scream. And you told me that was all you could do to blend it. There was no reason to hack it up that much to blend it. When as you and everyone can clearly see in pics the shelf im referring to was quite well long enough to be blended in without being hacked like it was. Also what am I supposed to say when you didnt do what I asked the first time when you had other clients waiting and I was feeling rude making them wait bc you didnt schedule appropriately. And quality. There was none in the service, the cut, the charges that were not told prior and added on for services I didnt care about having or not having, the lack of professionalism booking clients so our appointments all ran over into each others and rushing to get things done. I definitely do not agree with any of the 5 star reviews nor with how you are trying to paint the story. Im leaving the review bc people need to know what can happen
