The swap was done but they were supposed to change the oil which I purchased full synthetic for the car and oil filter to which they never did ass my oil is black ass night. And they said they changed all gaskets which I bought also but didnt I have a whole oil pan leak that is how I found out they never changed the oil….. beware inspect everything before you leave this shop.

They completed the repair, but four years later, it failed again, likely because I put a lot of miles on it. I took my vehicle back to these guys, and they fixed it. However, the next day, it still had issues, so they began troubleshooting. They kept my vehicle for about a month and eventually discovered that it was a faulty water pump, which required them to redo an eight-hour job. Remarkably, they never charged me extra for this. I really appreciate that these guys took the time to make it right.

I took my Lincoln MKX for them to change my breaks, but then the guy called me telling me a long list of other issues that did not exist especially since I take it to Jiffy Lube for my oil change every few months. Now my truck makes a horrible sound and going over a bridge when I felt my breaks were not breaking, now I had take it to another mechanic where I bought breaks myself for them to install and now I feel the difference. I still have to take it to another mechanic to look at my transmission because he did something to it for me to come back to them for them to fix it. I’m not ever going back!!!!
