5 /5 R.T.: Let me start by saying that I am not being paid by this shop to leave a review. My water pump failed in my police sedan, a Ford. They completed the repair, but four years later, it failed again, likely because I put a lot of miles on it. I took my vehicle back to these guys, and they fixed it. However, the next day, it still had issues, so they began troubleshooting. They kept my vehicle for about a month and eventually discovered that it was a faulty water pump, which required them to redo an eight-hour job. Remarkably, they never charged me extra for this. I really appreciate that these guys took the time to make it right.
