1 /5 Jadon: Decent work, but Latishia Green is GREEDY and UNPROFESSIONAL. I came in from an online booking for a two-strand and she thought I was coming for a retwist. I was 8 minutes late but not past the 15 minute grace period on the site. My hair was not detangled so I accepted the $25 SHE SAID she would charge to do so. I sat in the chair while she argued and chatted on the phone. Afterwards, she proposed that I owed her more than the service listed on the site. Then pulled up a $50 detangling fee instead from the $25 she said she charges to use as leverage to get the increased price for the entire service. She claimed I got a “deal”. I paid what she felt she owed, and more than originally posted, and refused further business at her establishment to which she responded “Thank God!” sarcastically…

Like I said, I was 8 minutes late and paid whatever YOU felt you were owed. I pulled you to the side as I was leaving and kindly told you what the pricing said on your website for a two strand. YOU sat down, said “Okay let’s start from the beginning” and escalated the situation before I could even finish explaining to you that I was okay with paying more than the website listed, and recommended you update the website’s pricing. Never even raised my voice. That makes one of us. Move on, my rating isn’t going to change and you lost all business from me. Absolutely horrible experience.
