1 /5 Liliya: Ask before you get anything done. I am a blonde girl who scheduled a an appointment for highlights only and had an image with me to show what I wanted. My stylist had Limited English and needed everything to be interpreted. I walked out a brunette from this place because of major miscomunnication. I have very fine and not long hair and my bill came out to be $260. I had no styling or anything done to my hair, just a hair spray. My mom was with me and asked to trim her hair a little bit for her short hair, and was charged $35 when it says $25 on their website. A total rip off of a place, they just make up prices as they go. Now I need to pay additional money to fix my hair since I never wanted it to be that dark. Very BAD and dishonest establishment!

1 /5 Vee Ray: Am very very disappointed with the customer service in this establishment. I made an appointment for my mother with a hairdresser by the name of Cindy , I got a raving recommendation from my best friends mother who has been a client there for years and was excited for my mom to have a place near by to get her hair done . So my mom showed up for the appointment, on time , and when she approached the front desk and told them she had an appointment they told her the hair stylist “ didn’t show up today , sorry “ . Then proceeded to non-chalantly ignore her until she tried to get someone attention to see if anyone could cut her hair considering she made an appointment. Again, no one wanted to even offer an explanation or try to help my mother in any way , shape or form. How rude and disrespectful to treat a potential new client with such disregard . If this is the type of salon that doesn’t except new clients then someone should have mentioned that on the phone . HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

5 /5 Robert L: Ask for Isaac and scheduling. As he does the best male cuts especially boys for styling. Only person that does straight razor shaves and cuts.
