2 /5 Karen Brzezinski: The salon itself is fine, but I had a terrible haircut experience during my first visit. I walked out with a bob after asking for a below-the-shoulders trim last fall, and my hair finally just grew out to the length I wanted during the cut. Im not sure if the stylist is still working there, but she didnt offer any sort of discount after acknowledging that it wasnt what I asked for. Very disappointing overall, and I advise potential clients to be selective about who you see and stand up for yourself if the service is poor.
