    • Deva the Salon - Champaign Kristin Godlin: Ive been going to Ken for highlights for eight years. He is excellent at what he does - talented, organized, and super professional. I completely trust him. I always know that I am in good hands!
    Identity Salon - Champaign Av R: McKenna is a super kind, spunky, knowledgeable stylist. She listens and works with me to pin down what I want to make happen and is always down for some fun experimentation! She only sells me products when I’ve asked for a recommendation or otherwise very obviously didn’t know what I was doing and needed guidance. I appreciate this so much because many other places simply shill out whatever they have a contract with as much as possible. But McKenna 1) wants my hair to look it’s best as her #1 priority and 2) understands having tighter finances and therefore not being able to buy super expensive products that only last two weeks. She’s also in general just very friendly, nonjudgmental, safe to talk to on a plethora of topics, and fun! (Also, she’s willing to wear a mask on request which is maybe not as important to a lot of people now a days but I was on a short term immunosuppressant last I saw her so having her ask my preference and then follow through when I answered was so comforting and really made me feel like she actually cared about and respected me.)

    Karma - Taylorville Abigail Bentsen: Elaina did a GREAT job on myself and my 16 year old. She listened to what I was doing with make hair and worked with me on my cut and products. She suggested both things they stocked and didn’t- I felt NO pressure to get anything which was a refreshing change. I’ll definitely be back to see her!!
    Cynthias Family Hair Design - Taylorville Ruth Ream: I found this gem when my son’s girl left the salon we went to and couldn’t find anyone to replace her til I found Cynthia. She’s super cool and friendly and does an amazing job every time!! She is so reasonable on her prices too. You can’t go wrong at Cynthia’s. Oh she did an amazing updo for me too for a wedding. Love this place!!
    SMARTSTYLE - Taylorville Kelly Hollister: Sandra was awesome! She went above and beyond to get my highlights done right, along with my style. She was very thorough and professional! All the girls were! A definite recommend to anyone who wants a great job!
