After working with insurance who conveniently also recommended Fifth Dimension, I decided to pull the trigger with this company. For a first time experience having to have auto-body repairs completed, Fifth Dimension made it easy and clear what exactly was to be expected throughout the entire process and the charges associated. From the hours and availability for drop off and pick up, to the employees who greeted me and conversed with me at the shop, I was very impressed. No question went unanswered, and the service was completed sooner than expected. Communication was effective, and not overdone like some places. On the delivery of the finished vehicle, it was absolutely spotless and looked as good, if not slightly better, as when I purchased the vehicle new. I will absolutely be recommending Fifth Dimension to family and friends moving forward, and if my vehicle just so happens to be damaged again in the future (Respectfully, I hope not!), I wont skip a beat to return to Fifth Dimension.

Christian: Visit 1: I called and told them I have a 1957 Bel Air with a power glide and that I would like them to take a look. Lady at the front desk told me to bring it by. I called 4 hours later to ask about how it’s going. I was told that they couldn’t get to my car for the day. Aggravating, but I understand. I don’t like leaving my car outside in the rain across town but it happens. I just wish they didn’t tell me they were free to see me and then tell me that they can’t make it in. However, things happen and I wanted to be reasonable. Visit 2: My transmission is no longer operable and it’s not their fault at all. I called and asked if I can tow it and the lady said no problem. Same issue. 4 hours later I am back and paying for another tow to take my car home. They said that the transmission is too old, they don’t want to work on it and my vehicle still has not been brought inside. I’m out $130 in towing fees and my car hasn’t seen the inside of the shop. Both trips could have been avoided if they just communicated better. You could have told me EVERYTHING over the phone. My time and money have been wasted. Please save yours and avoid this spot. They did however offer for me to remove my transmission send it out or replace with another oem powerglide for $1700 not including the cost of repair or replacement, just the removal and reinstall. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

They offered to stabilize the bumper for my drive to California with a few screws and recommended repairing there where I had a longer time window. I appreciated the customer service from the team that helped me including the front desk gentleman.

Tanunika Bryant: Don’t ever take your car there I needed a water pump put on my car they put the water pump on and they said they gave me a new thermostat I took it back now they saying I need a radiator I took it to another shop just to see if I get the same outcome and I didn’t I don’t need a radiator I need a thermostat which they told me they changed and didn’t I had water in my engine they was supposed to do a engine flush. After they changed my water pump but didn’t I kept having problems after problem with them
