3 /5 Zakaya Scott: I wanna start by saying I love the children at this facility and all of the family that comes its overall a ok environment for the children. my experience working here is what has made me rate this place 3 stars, at first everything was going great then I feel over time the staff became a little messy talking amongst themselves about my mother and I, made the environment uneasy and barely used communication well my mother and I were also the only people of color there which made it a little bit more uncomfortable. the director of the preschool is no better she didn’t do her job to make My mother and I feel welcomed anymore she barely spoke to us in the morning and barley showed good communication, which lets me know she didn’t care about our feelings working there because we let her know how she was making us feel and the staff and a conversation never was had I just feel like When your a director your supposed to lead not follow. As a teacher assistant I wasn’t aware of many things going on and I came in as a rotational teacher and ended up getting placed in a room I didn’t have a say so on and on multiple occasions I was in the room by myself with the 2s which I thought wasn’t ok but they were ok with doing it to me. Also everyone in the facility had a assistant but my mother she was in the room by her self but everyone else had a assistant, the kids had pink eye most of the children are always hitting on one another with no appropriate call to the parents and they be having lice checks in front of the other students which I find highly inappropriate the director and one of her staff that she’s always with was rude when letting me and my mother know our last day honestly I wouldn’t work there again. MISS BOBBYS ENERGY IS DISGUSTING.
