Aaron Yang Sycamore UMCs weekly YA group gathering is so much fun with such an enlightening discussion. Under the guidance of Becca Rome, we really have an exciting time learning more about God and what the Bible really means to us. I love being able to tune into the group each week through the Teams app. I feel very honored to be the groups honorary member all the way from California. Thank you for everything Sycamore UMC! I hope we get to meet one day:)

Happy Traveler Wonderful, sincere, traditional, sweet, diverse little church. Just the right amount of friendly, and very welcoming. Good to be in a church with pews, hymns, piano playing, respectful modest dress and older men in suits. Truth from the pulpit and genuine spirit. Perfect for young families, teens seeking love and guidance, others looking for loving church family and a community/home Bibles not cell phones are read and hymnal are held not screens. It was absolutely refreshing in so many ways.

Gramma B I attended church service again last Sunday after being absent for several weeks from illnesses. While I was absent I received phone calls and flowers and contact from the congregation to let me know that I was in their thoughts and prayers. This was very comforting to me. Church services are being changed September 2nd to just one service weekly on Sunday at 9am with Sunday School and Adult Bible Study at 10:30 am.

Marlin Mosley A great youth orientated ministry serving the DeKalb country, Northern Ill. area. I found the ministry to be family centered, and consist of Chicago area afro Americans now making their home in the area and also serves as a great watch care church for the displaced collage student looking for a church home. Mens womens and childrens ministry are available and everybody plays a part Sunday school @9am, praise and worship from 10 -noon ion Sundays. mens ministry 7pm Tues. Bible study 6;30PM Wed.
