During the procedure, Dr. Parker explains what hes doing during the whole thing. Patty is wonderful. I also like that they do the root canal there and also the crown and dont have to send you somewhere like other dentists Ive been to do. I highly recommend!!!

They bumped me on the day of an appointment after I arrived at their office, even after confirming the appointment the day before. They refused to give me an account credit for wasting my time. I was a customer for years, so being treated like that was a disappointment.

Bonus Brag: My childcare fell through last minute so I had to bring my 5 year old son. They went out of their way to make him and myself feel welcomed. They were incredibly kind and patient with us.

Dr. Edgar J. Breda, DDS - Belleville Breathe Deep: Very friendly and helpful staff! Dr Breda struck me as knowledgeable and professional. I’m so glad we chose this doctor. The entire office was a well oiled machine and they were on top of everything we needed to make this procedure successful. The procedure we needed was a wisdom teeth extraction for a 17year old. They made sure we had all the info for care afterwards as well as explaining everything to us very well before we left the office. Prescriptions were given to us and we were directed to the pharmacy on the opposite end of the parking lot. We were told to get them filled before the procedure was done so we could eliminate the need to stop on the way home and probably wait longer anywhere else. I was very impressed with how caring the doctor and staff were. They thought of everything we would need to make this as pleasant as possible.

They were able to fit me in last minute for both a pediatrics appointment and adult appointment same day. They also communicate very well!

There are magazines for the patients and two clean gender neutral restrooms. Plenty of parking even for my large truck too. Cell signal is awful, but they do have fast guest WiFi with the password over the guest check in counter.

The staff as well as Dr. Markarian made feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The experience was phenomenal. They answered all my questions and I was well prepared for my braces. After my appointment they gave me a goody bag and folder to take home with all after care needs. I can’t wait to go back for my follow up. Thank you sooooo much Markarian Orthodontics, you all are amazing!!
