5 /5 Sharon Russell: I have been a patient with Dr. Gabriella Paolucci since the early 2000s and again from 2012 through 2023. I retired and my insurance changed. If I didnt say this clearly before then I will say it again. I have not found another that even comes close to the excellent service I received. The quality of the dental expertise and knowledge is superb. My mom is now a patient and she is very happy with the service she has received. When my mom was told she would need to have a tooth pulled and a implant, she went to Dr. Paolucci who repaired that tooth and 2 other teeth. I highly recommend Dr. Paolucci for all your dental needs.

Aspen Dental - Joliet, IL - Joliet Josette B: What was supposed to be a routine checkup and cleaning turned into my feeling like the business transaction was more important than my needs. My "treatment plan" did not make me feel comfortable, especially when the financial persons attitude changed when I expressed that I needed to discuss the finances with my husband. My 1.5 hour visit did not include a cleaning, and I couldnt see myself continuing my visit for at least another hour for a deep clean when I have gotten regular 6 month cleaning for the last 2 years. A second opinion was sought and found a deep clean was not needed. Sad to say I did not get the warm and fuzzies from this office.

The Dentist is knowledgeable and experienced.
