1 /5 Jake Hancock: Good luck making an appointment. It takes 2 or 3 months to get in. If you do manage to make one, theyll make you feel like a POS. I havent been to a dentist in over 10yrs because of this place. They told me my Crohns doesnt affect my teeth, even though it does. They just flat out dont listen to their patients.

Dont wait because of fear, take care of your oral health here . Im the biggest scaredy cat there is when it comes to the dentist and they eased all of my fears. He gives you options on how to fix your problem and recommends what he can do before doing it. He will work with you and your insurance too. I believe he has awesome bedside manner and would recommend him to anyone who will listen! He has a very helpful, caring and friendly staff.

Amber Owens: The whole appointment was roughly five minutes. The signing up, the procedure, and the payment. They didnt ask for any medication history just allergies. They used novocaine to numb my mouth but only waited maybe two minutes before trying to remove the broken tooth. I mentioned it was hurting me horribly and they proceeded to inject more novocaine and only waited maybe 30 seconds before pulling the tooth out despite waiting for the novocaine to take affect. I will NEVER go back again. The whole experience felt shady and the dentistry was connected to a garage. I do not recommend despite the low price.

Jen F: DONT GO TO HIM FOR IMPLANTS! Dr Roser has no clue what hes doing. Long story short...I had a terrible experience here. After months of appointments, pain, and paying $3000 out of pocket, I had to have the joke of an implant he installed removed. He refused to refund my money even though it was no fault of my own. As soon as things started to go wrong he became condescending and rude and would not even entertain any thought that hed done anything wrong. The dentist Im seeing now says Dr Roser is incompetent and this is not the first "mess" of Dr Rosers hes had to try and fix. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else!!

Phoebe Ross: waited an hour and a half to be seen, that i can sort of understand, people are busy and shits hard. however, when i said something about it, the nurse that was helping me left to go talk shit about me in the other room, loudly. plenty of people talk shit about people at their job, but find a better room, close the door or wait until i’m gone for goodness sake. use your noggin. only reason they get one star is because the dentists were great and actually listened to me when i told them i was uncomfortable.
