1 /5 Heather Jean: Went in for a simple bob haircut that’s longer in the front and shorter in the back. Showed a picture and she started cutting. She ended up trying to stack the back leaving it SO uneven and choppy. Going to have to find someone to fix it. Looks like a kid took scissors to the back of my head !

1 /5 Michelle Beckmann: I had always had good luck with any stylist I had cut my hair and had been to this location about 7 times. My next visit my stylist was a female who had cut my hair 3 times before. In the past, my simple haircut (2-3 inches off) my hair being 4 inches below my shoulder. She always nail it perfect, until this time. I did ask for something different but nothing extreme. I asked for my length to be in the middle of my shoulders and chin with some long layers and a side angled bang with the shortest piece being at the bottom of my eye. We talked over the haircut, showed her a picture and a video. She said she knew what I was looking for. I felt comfortable and trusted her. She asked me to look down (not uncommon) and she started to cut my hair, we were talking and having a good old time. A few minutes later she said you can look up now and when i looked up in the mirror i see my hair length was to my chin. Oh snap.... I took a deep breath and said to her it will grow. She did not comment. She continued to cut some very choppy and short layers which i did not notice until i dryed my hair myself with her blow dryer because she walked away fast from me with wet hair to the front desk to ring me up for this bs haircut still sitting in her chair. At least she took off the cutting cape before she darted off. My bang was a jagged mess. She was about to cut my shortest piece of bang at my eyebrow. I stopped her, in time to remind her that i asked for the shortest piece to start at the bottom of my eye. Her response was oh yeah you did say that. So she did that piece right but connecting the hair from the bang to the chin was a jagged mess. I have been a hairstylist myself for over 30 years and i know we all have off days but this haircut she gave me is no excuse. Not even during my days in Cosmetology school did i ever witness a messed up haircut like this one she gave me. I will never let her cut my hair again, if i ever go to that location again. I have had my hair recut and fixed at a different salon and will be going there for a long time. Thanks for nothing.

5 /5 Qat L: Have had a Great experience times! (today and back in May with my other son) Nov 6th - Tonya H and Tonya S were both friendly, quick, and skilled. Has been a good experience for both the 9yo and the 11yo who have very specific opinions about what they want for their hair. The kids opinions being queried and respected was very nice! Great Clips had been over in a building across the street to the west of Walmart, but theyre now right next to Starbucks (picture included for clarity about location)
