5 /5 yno 7777: Ive been going to Lupita for years and had never had a bad experience. Shes very professional. She also makes conversation to relate with her customers. Great person and as long as I live in the area, Ill be going to her for hair cut.

1 /5 Jessica Calderon-Rico: Lupita is rude, impatient, and entitled. I observed her yelling at a customers children while waiting in line. She is arrogant and it certainly comes across in simple conversation. My husband had been going there for years and on one occasion, he showed up, in the hour prior to closing, and she had already locked the doors. He gets a simple trim. She never took more than 15 to 20 minutes with him. She didnt even open the door. Simply motioned for him to return another time. Dont post hours on a sign, outside your business if you do not intend to follow them.

5 /5 Natalie Sanchez: I been going to here for years! Shes the best! So nice and so respectful. I love coming her to get my hair done and to get my eyebrows waxed. Shes really good at the things she does. I highly recommend her over any other place.

4 /5 jose dominguez: Great Hispanic/American hair salon, very good hospitality and good cosmotelogy practices performed. The prices are very fair compared to similar business and much cheaper than your well know hair salons around the area. I would recommend hiring more staff on your busy days because two stylist isnt going to cut it and no one likes waiting. Time is of the essence (even with the low prices). So figure out your busy peak and schedule accordingly. Other than that con its mainly all pros, keep up the good work and great hospitality. P.S. Defiantly call ahead and schedule an appointment just in case there is a crowd.
