1 /5 Veronica Sanchez: I am sad to say that I will not be returning to this place because of poor customer service. I came here on 3/23 and left out of town on 3/25. On 3/26 my thumbnails fell off from my gel x manicure and I already had a chip in my toe nail. As soon as I arrived back in town I stopped by to get my nails fixed. The lady that sits at the front table near check out asked me if I had my nails done here. Why would I be here if I didn’t have my nails done here? I also gave you my phone number so you can see I was here before. So of course I am going to go back to the place where I had my nails done and I paid $143 for them to only fall off and chip 3 days later.
As the lady was fixing my nails I asked her to add a 3rd coat because that is what I had done on 3/25. She looked annoyed and hesitantly put a 3rd coat on. Do you think I am happy I had to come back to fix what your salon did? This is also an inconvenience to me and your attitude is not appreciated.
Finally, I was told that they would not fix my toenail because it wasn’t no chip nail polish. I read the sign they had posted (see below) and no where on that sign does it say that they only fix no chip colors. After bringing it to their attention they still refused to fix the toenail.
While I really like the woman who has done my nails for the past few years there I will not be returning. H&D guarantees their work for 10 days and then they have an attitude when people ask to fix what doesn’t last 3 days.
