1 /5 Yanira Colon: This was my fourth visit here. First three I had no issues. I went in for a fill (5/26/2022). I picked out a lilac no chip color and wanted white with matching lilac colored flowers on each of my ring fingers. Towards the end nail tech started rushing the polishing process because she had another costumer waiting and then preceded to tell me that designs can not be done on white polish. To me, it seemed that she did not know how to do designs. She did dots on my nails and it did not resemble a flower at all. She wiped it off a few times to start over. But kept applying more white polish on top. I did express that I did not like it. I then said how about just glitter polish on it then. Instead of removing all the polish off and starting fresh, she applied the glitter polish on top of the layers of the white polish with the purple dots. I left unhappy. Sat in my car, inspected my nails and went back in and told them I am not picky but my nails look awful and chunky. I had somewhere I had to be so they penciled me in early the next morning to re-do the polish(5/27/2022). The same lady redid the polish and I can tell she was upset and proceeded to tell me that glitter polish is chunky and thick and dries like that. I have had my nails done with the glittery polish before and know that it is not true. I did not like the fact that she was trying to make me feel that it was my fault that her polishing skills were either awful or off. Her hospitality was very unpleasant. When my nails where under the UV light, she told me āwhen done, you goā. To me that is very rude to say. I left unhappy again because of the treatment. 2 hours later, the glitter nail polish completely peels off. I would have given another try, but after the way she treated me for the repolish on 4 nails and how she spoke to me was very distasteful. I will not be going back.
